Robin arrives at Zatanna’s seeking help. The Justice League was following a case involving someone mummifying people. Once located, they engaged the foe in battle, but he proves to be more than the heroes can handle. Robin is sent to get help.
The comic sure gets rid of the coziness of Christmas quickly. It was kinda funny; it’s all warm and hot chocolate while Robin recounts a terrifying battle. The cozy-flip continues once Santa arrives, and it was epic.
I liked how the scenes in the creature’s realm (I’m assuming he might be the Silent Knight—he’s a knight and he doesn’t speak) are cold and gray, a very different look from Zatanna’s home with a Christmas tree and warm fire.
So far I give the Silent Knight series a 4/5.
