Meet Jake, your typical American teenager dealing with your typical American problems: bullies, schoolwork, and annoying siblings. All that changes the day he was dared to enter Old Man Wailton’s haunted house.

(Scenes of creaking boards, pipes rattling, and tree branches tapping on the window scare Jake and he runs out the door. Jake trips at the threshold and the door shuts on his leg trapping him briefly.)

But Jake’s real problems begin with the rising of the next full moon.

(Jake looks sick. He doubles over in pain as the light of the moon shines on him. His hands tremble.)

Jake is about to become the most fearsome creature imaginable.

The were-house.

(Jake transforms into a house.)

When the moon is full, Jake transforms into various types of homes. Watch as he deals with burglars, fires, and natural disasters all while trying to keep his curse a secret.

(Jake meets with an old construction worker.)

“The only way to break the curse is to find Tracy Silver,” says the worker with a Brooklyn accent.

“Is she a witch?” asks Jake.

“No. She’s a realtor.”
