The Three Body Problem – The Most Terrifying Sci-Fi Story via Library of a Viking
I already learned from the Jimmy Neutron movie that you shouldn’t talk to strangers.
The book sounds terrifying…and kinda cool. There does seem to be an increase in the “we shouldn’t been looking for alien life because they might be dangerous” theme in books.
Accessing Watcher Files…
Access granted: Wishmaker
The devious and spiteful genie known as Wishmaker wasn’t always that way. Once upon a time, he was more benevolent. He tried to stop the Master Genie from enacting a plan that would grant the Master control over the Omniverse.
The genie who would become Wishmaker was caught before he could expose the Master’s plan. The Master stripped him of his name and memories and dubbed him Wishmaker before banishing him to Earth. On Earth, Wishmaker would be bound to a lamp (or other container) and forced to grant wishes.
Over few eons, Wishmaker became vindictive and started manipulating wishes to meet his own enjoyment or desires.
Eventually, Wishmaker’s lamp came into the hands of Danny. After a few wrong-turn-wishes, Danny tricked Wishmaker. Wishmaker has sought vengeance on Danny ever since.
Recently, Wishmaker did aid Dogboy and his friends in stopping the Master Genie when his plan to seize control of Blue Light Technologies, and by extension the Omniverse, came to fruition.
After defeating the Master Genie, Wishmaker has sort of calmed down on his tricks. He’s a tiny bit less vindictive…very tiny.
End of file.
Until the next wormhole…thanks for reading!
