- Cultures and regulations
- Technology
- And much more
The recent alliance with Blue Light Technologies has resulted in The Watcher having access to information regarding the Omniverse.

Recent investigations revealed that The Watcher is based on the intelligence of John Watermark, Sr. Watermark Senior was the head of Ether Operations. Ether Operations, the precursor to PAWS, was a government organization tasked with monitoring transbeings. Watermark deceived everyone, even his own son, John, Jr. He was actually a monster hunter bent on controlling or destroying all transbeings.
After Ace Journeyman exposed his secret, Watermark Senior downloaded his consciousness into an AI system. This system was the basis for The Watcher. It is unclear if Watermark Senior is still in control, or if that part has been erased. Supposedly, Dogboy and Ace destroyed the Watermark consciousness at Neo-Geo; but when the warbot was recovered, no consciousness was found.
