Headquarters of the International League of Super-Transbeings. Located on Freedom Isle. It can be found at the center of the Freedom Isle city on top of a Freedom Hill.
Modern style building with split levels and large windows. The outside area is mostly for hanging out, touching grass, and public events/press conferences.
Upper levels–such as the lobby, cafeteria, and restrooms–are more public areas. While the meeting rooms, aka war rooms, are more private, they are still on the upper levels. The meeting rooms are used for briefings and plannings. The war rooms come with a round table and a holographic display for video presentations or communications. The monitoring room, which houses the Watcher, analyzes data gathered from around the world to predict trouble. The Watcher runs simulations to choose which available member(s) would be best suited for the quest. Dorm rooms and relaxation areas, such as mediation and recreation rooms, allow the members to rest in between quests.
The subterranean levels are for storage, vehicles, and training. The vehicles are stored in the hangar where they can be sent anywhere via various runways. The training area, or OTIS, offers machinery that can mimic various disasters and villains.
