Joe Rover, aka Dogboy, defends his hometown of Megaton City from dastardly villains, cosmic monsters, and magical troublemakers all while trying to deal with school, life, and girls. Thankfully, he is not alone in his endeavors. His friends Sally, Danny, Brain, and Bandit are always at his side. And when he needs help on a global scale, the International League of Super-Transbeings are really to assist.
