I’ve been watching Hermitcraft on YouTube again. If you’ve been reading my posts for a while, you’re probably not surprised.
A little while ago, Grain started the Demise mini-game for the Hermitcraft server. In the game, everyone starts out alive; but if you die, you become a ghost (change your skin to monochrome colors). You then can “help” the others to “pass on.” The last one standing get’s the prize.
At the end of the video, Grain asked who the audience thought was going to die first. This got me wonder what I would do if I was playing the game. Personally, knowing that I would be the first to die and probably in some really embarrassing way, such as blowing myself up or from starving, I figured I would off myself right away. Sure, it would mean losing the game and the diamonds, but I would then be able to set traps and prank the others, which in my opinion is worth “losing.” *insert evil laugh here*
Now, if I could just figure out why it’s called “Hermitcraft.” I get the “craft” part because of Minecraft, but the players do not spend their time in seclusion; they team up many times for games or to build shops. Hmm…
Until the next wormhole…thanks for reading.
